Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated individual to lead account management and drive operational excellence across APAC markets. The role focuses on coordinating internal and external stakeholders, standardizing processes, and enabling growth through data-driven planning.

You will collaborate with regional teams to improve data flows, support QBRs, and manage onboarding projects, ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operational efficiency.
• Share best practices across the team to promote consistency and operational excellence.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with regional teams across different markets.
• Support daily account operations, including execution planning, resource utilization, knowledge management, and communications.
• Engage customers regularly through business and performance reviews to understand needs and track progress.
• Monitor KPIs, track improvement targets, and implement process improvement initiatives across countries.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and develop standardized processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and development.
• Improve data management, data flows, and operational reporting.
• Develop strategic plans based on business forecasts, particularly during peak periods.
• Analyse, map, and document current and future processes to support regional standardization and alignment.
• Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations and reports.
• Work closely with implementation teams to manage projects and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Monitor APAC market developments and proactively communicate potential risks and mitigation plans to customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned.
