Job summary

MILLION ADVERTISING & SILK-SCREEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales support specialist to coordinate quotations, orders and invoicing from our Singapore office. You will liaise with customers and production, ensure timely delivery, and maintain clean order records as you learn our products and processes.

The role emphasizes organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication. Full training will be provided, and you will report to the Sales Manager in a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent with at least 2 years in sales support, customer service or order processing.
• Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple jobs with a proactive approach.
• Effective English communication for customers and colleagues.
• Friendly, cooperative attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries by phone and email with clear information.
• Prepare and send quotations and invoices, and process customer purchase orders.
• Confirm job details and delivery dates with customers, and coordinate with production to monitor progress.
• Keep customers updated on order status and follow up on quotations and repeat orders.
• Resolve order issues by liaising with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in our systems.
• Prepare delivery notes and assist in arranging deliveries, sharing stock reordering on a team rotation.
