Job summary

YTSH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized administrator to support the sales team with contract drafting and initial reviews, document issuance, and payment settlement processes.

The role also covers monitoring inbound and outbound goods, and coordinating logistics progress to ensure timely deliveries. You will maintain open communication with customers, resolve issues that arise during order fulfillment, and assist the finance department with ledger synchronization and audit

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to draft / review contracts, issue documents and settle payments.
• Monitor inbound/outbound goods and track logistics progress.
• Maintain customer communication, resolve order-fulfillment issues, reconcile ledgers, assist audit prep.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by senior management.

Job description

• 1. Collaborate with sales representatives to complete processes such as contract drafting/initial review, document issuance, and payment settlement; monitor the inbound and outbound movement of goods as well as logistics progress;
• 2. Maintain customer communication, resolve issues arising during order fulfillment, synchronize business ledger records, and assist the finance department with account reconciliation and preparation of audit documentation;
• 3. Assist in preparing the business documentation and logistics vouchers required for the audit;
• 4. Other Support: Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.
