Job summary

Vertiv in Singapore is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to optimise the operational effectiveness of the Sales organisation. Based in Singapore, you will lead Sales Operations and Order Management, from forecasting and order entry through to billing, delivering exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee sales reporting, forecasting, CRM and data governance, process standardisation, risk management and cross-functional alignment with Finance and Operations to ensure scalable support for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, reporting, KPIs, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a control-tower framework for the Sales organization in the Singapore Market Unit.
• Capture, track, and drive key pipeline actions to support sales strategy execution.
• Champion standardisation across all sales and operational workflows.
• Oversee CRM data quality, adoption, and compliance with process standards.
• Support regional sales planning, including quota allocation, territory alignment, and target deployment.
• Identify, assess, and manage operational and commercial risks throughout the sales cycle.
