Octogram Press Pte Ltd is seeking an Accounting Support – Sales Operations professional in Singapore. The role covers AR/AP, invoicing, GST data preparation, documentation control, and system processing.

You will record debtor receipts, match payments to invoices, prepare AR data for SOA, issue invoices aligned with PO/DO/Quotation, and ensure accurate month-end closing. This position supports a structured finance team under local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Record all debtor receipts and identify/match receipts to invoices
• Highlight unknown/unallocated payments
• Prepare AR data for SOA issuance and ensure it can be issued by the 1st working day of the month
• Prepare/issue invoices ensuring alignment with PO/DO/Quotation
• Process debit/credit notes
• Record supplier invoices and process into accounting system
• Match/apply payments to supplier invoices
• Compile GST data for submission and ensure transaction accuracy
• Maintain complete invoices, DOs, and POs and follow up with sales on missing documents
• Maintain accounting entries in the system and ensure data accuracy for AR/AP and month-end closing
