Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support day-to-day revenue and collections tasks.

You will ensure accurate cash application, record end-to-end order-to-collection transactions, and coordinate with internal stakeholders on billing. Key responsibilities include ensuring revenue recognition aligns with Singapore GAAP, supporting month-end closing, and driving process improvements, including automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant finance operations experience.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerQuery/PowerBI and SAP.
• Ability to adapt to changes and take ownership of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager/Assistant Manager, Revenue in day-to-day revenue and collections operations.
• Ensure timely, accurate and complete cash application for all forms of collections.
• Record order-to-collection transactions accurately and completely.
• Support new collection initiatives, including establishing process flows and controls to ensure good governance.
• Liaise with external customers and internal stakeholders on billing and collection matters.
• Follow up with customers on outstanding payments
• Support the month-end closing process (journal entries for collections and accruals).
• Ensuring revenue recognition aligns with Singapore GAAP and company financial policies.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system implementations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes and reconciliations.
• Support finance processes including bank reconciliation, application of collections, and handling of lost and found money.
• Perform other administrative and ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
