Job summary

TPM OUTDOOR PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a sales support executive to assist in preparing proposals, quotations, pitch decks and eDMs while coordinating campaigns and liaising with internal teams.

You will follow up on leads, update client databases, and help with post-campaign reporting. Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office is essential, and Canva/AI tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma.
• At least 1 year in sales support or related role.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Familiar with Canva and AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and eDMs.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and client requirements; update databases.
• Coordinate campaigns with internal teams for timely launches.
• Assist with proof-of-play, basic campaign reports, and post-campaign needs.
• Support lead generation and knowledge sharing to prospects.
• Leverage AI tools to support sales ideas, presentations, research, and simple creative work.
• Support day-to-day sales coordination and other operational tasks.
