Responsibilities:

• Supports the sales team with complex administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, answering to sales inquiries & resolve order issues.
• Utilizes previous experience and knowledge of the sales processes, CRM systems, and other sales tools used within F5 to report documentation, and review data.
• Coordinates scheduling of customer engagements with customers and internal teams.

Attributes:

• Works on administrative assignments and problems of complex scope, requiring judgment and initiative, using standard procedures under supervision.
• Receives general instruction on work and guidance from Sales Operations Partners and more experienced colleagues.
• Impact extends to the regional support and cross-functional teams.
• Some experience with validating and troubleshooting data that supports the sales operations team.
• Ability to operate within the F5 CRM System and other sales tools.
• Proficient with Windows OS.
