Responsibilities

• Independently supports the sales team with complex administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, answering to sales inquiries & resolve order issues
• Utilizes experience and knowledge of the sales processes, CRM systems, and other sales tools used within F5 to service contract renewals and management, report documentation, and review data
• Follows standard practices and internal guidelines in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, deal statuses, and renewal quote creations
• May mentor and review the work of junior sales support team members
• Participates in training of new sales support team members of F5 programs and related technologies to enhance their skills and knowledge in sales operations
• Coordinates scheduling of customer engagements with customers and internal teams
