Job summary

Nosh Cuisine Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Management Assistant to support sales activities, manage key client accounts, and coordinate internal actions to deliver customised catering solutions.

The role also covers operations planning, quality control, audits, staff training, and reporting to ensure service excellence and compliance with food safety standards in daily operations and events.

Responsibilities

• 3.1 Support sales activities including proposal preparation, costing and quotations.
• 3.2 Assist in managing key customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
• 3.2 Participate in client meetings, site surveys, tastings, and presentations.
• 3.3 Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and delivered.
• 3.4 Support planning and execution of catering operations.
• 3.5 Monitor service quality, food presentation, and operational standards during events or daily operations.
• 3.6 Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
• 3.10 Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SFA, client audits).
• 3.11Ensure personal practices are in line with strict compliance-led Food Handling & Hygiene Standards, Health & Safety Regulations (ISO22K and Bizsafe) and company’s SOP for preparations, presentations, sanitation, storage and safety matters.
• 3.12 Support internal audits, inspections and documentation.
• 3.13 Reinforce SOPs, hygiene standards and workplace safety practices.
• 3.13 Assist in manpower planning, rostering, and deployment.
• 3.14 Support staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• 3.15 Promote teamwork, discipline and service excellence culture.
• 3.16 Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.
• 3.17 Maintain accurate records for SOP documentations.
• 3.18 Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Your duties as Sales Operations Management Assistant are as follows:

Sales & Business Development

• 3.1 Support sales activities including proposal preparation, costing and quotations.
