Job summary

NEXTBEAT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator to manage daily client communications in Japanese and English, introduce products, and support the sales team with client visits.

The role also handles order processing, invoicing, and coordinating deliveries from our West Area location. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Japanese and English, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced food and beverage trading environment.

Qualifications

• Business-level proficiency in Japanese required for daily communication with chefs, owners, and suppliers.
• Proficiency in English for day-to-day communication with clients and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Our client is a premium Japanese food and beverage company, supplying high-end Japanese restaurants, hotels and bars. The role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with clients through a relationship-driven sales approach.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Sales & Client Support

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for hotel and restaurant clients, in Japanese and English
• Introduce products and propose seasonal items to clients
• Accompany the sales team on client visits when needed
• Handle enquiries and follow up on client requests

Administration & Operations

• Process orders and prepare invoices
• Arrange deliveries and coordinate with the warehouse
• Monitor inventory levels and incoming shipments
• Prepare basic import-related document
