Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support the sales team from order to delivery, ensuring accuracy and service excellence.

You will process sales orders, manage customer and vehicle records in SAP/Salesforce, and prepare reports and pricing calculations to support commercial submissions.

Based in Tuas, Singapore, the role is a 5-day week with a salary up to SGD 4,500 basic plus variable bonus and AWS.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in Sales Support or Sales Operations.
• Experience in automotive or commercial-vehicle industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP/Salesforce advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales administration and operational support from customer order to vehicle delivery.
• Process and maintain sales orders, customer/vehicle records, documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate vehicle allocation, inventory, order status and delivery timelines.
• Maintain data in SAP, Salesforce and other sales systems.
• Prepare sales reports, quotations, pricing calculations and commercial submissions.
• Coordinate invoicing, registration and vehicle delivery documentation.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Workshop and other stakeholders to resolve issues.

Our Client, a leading commercial vehicle solutions provider specializing in heavy, medium, and light-duty trucks, aftermarket services, parts, and fleet solutions, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Sales Operations Executive.

This role provides an opportunity to work closely with the Sales team and multiple functions across the business, supporting the complete process from confirmed customer order through invoicing, registration and vehicle delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide sales administration and operational support from customer order to vehicle delivery.

• Process and maintain sales orders, customer/vehicle records, documentation and approvals accurately.

• Coordinate vehicle allocation, inventory, order status and delivery timelines with internal teams.

• Maintain accurate data in SAP, Salesforce and other sales systems.

• Prepare sales reports, quotations, pricing calculations and commercial submissions.

• Coordinate invoicing, LTA registration, COE bidding and vehicle delivery documentation.

• Liaise with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Workshop and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth sales operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Order Management, Sales Operations or a related function.

• Automotive or commercial-vehicle industry experience is preferred.

• Experience supporting sales order, vehicle registration, invoicing, inventory or delivery processes would be advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.

• Working Days/Hours: 5 Days/Office Hours, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• Salary: Up to $4,500 Basic (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
