Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Sales Support Executive in Penjuru, Singapore. The role supports customer orders, forecasts, and coordination with factories, suppliers, and internal teams in a structured B2B setting.

Key duties include managing orders for ASEAN and Japan, updating customers, and liaising with shipping on shipments and invoicing. Diploma holders with strong coordination skills are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualifications, preferably in the engineering field.
• Able to coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments effectively.
• Willing to travel when required, minimal travelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer purchase orders, forecasts, and order processing for ASEAN and Japan offices
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on order updates and daily enquiries
• Monitor monthly customer forecasts and support order planning
• Submit enquiries to Japan office and factory partners, and raise purchase requisitions
• Follow up with factories on lead times and confirm sales acknowledgements with customers
• Liaise with Shipping Department on incoming shipments, urgent cargo, and OEM invoicing
• Support other administrative and coordination duties as assigned

• Salary: Basic up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Benefits: 10-18 Days Annual Leave
