Job summary

Oohray Group Pte Ltd is hiring a Sales / Operations Executive (Automotive) for the Kaki Bukit East Region in Singapore. In this full-time role you will drive sales and manage key customer relationships while maintaining daily operations in the automotive sector.

You will handle daily vehicle operations, assist with vehicle inspections, identify new sales opportunities, nurture existing clients, present proposals, manage end-to-end sales processes, monitor performance, and contribute to sales

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and automotive components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Must possess Class 3 / 3A / 3C driving license.
• 5.5 days work week.

Responsibilities

• To ensure daily operation of rental vehicles, seamless delivery and services to clients.
• Assist in rental vehicle's inspection, servicing and/or emergencies such as car accidents or breakdowns.
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the automotive rental industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes.
