ASIA EXPRESS CAR RENTAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a Car Rental Sales & Operations Executive in Singapore to manage rentals, handle customer inquiries, and close deals. You will oversee vehicle handovers, process insurance claims, and ensure timely payments while maintaining professional communication with clients.

The role emphasizes independence, reliability, and a proactive approach to driving sales targets, with a basic monthly salary plus commissions and allowances.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Experience in car rental or automotive industry preferred.
• Keen interest in the automotive trade.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Able to manage accident reports and insurance claim procedures.
• Able to follow up on weekly rental payments and overdue accounts.
• Able to conduct vehicle handover and return with customers.
• Able to inspect and handle vehicle damage claims.

Hiring: Car Rental Sales & Operations Executive

Requirements:

- Valid Class 3 driving licence

- Experience in car rental or automotive industry preferred

- Keen interest in the automotive trade

- Familiar with cars and motor industry operations

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Able to close deals and achieve sales targets

- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally

- Able to manage accident reports and insurance claim procedures

- Able to follow up on weekly rental payments and overdue accounts

- Able to conduct vehicle handover and return (sign in/out) with customers

- Able to inspect and handle vehicle damage claims and related issues

Benefits:

Basic salary: $3,000 - $3,500 (depending on years of car rental experience)

Sales commission (terms & conditions apply)
