Job summary

ASMPT SEMI Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager – Sales Operations Excellence to lead performance improvements across our global sales operations. The role focuses on demand management, KPI development, dashboards and continuous process optimization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and Operations to translate data into actions, drive cross-functional projects, and enable faster, more informed business decisions in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, S&OP or Process Excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and drive change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP, BI analytics and digitalization is an advantage.
• Semiconductor, electronics or B2B technology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Demand Management, including forecasting, demand sensing and demand review.
• Establish and improve Sales Operations KPIs, dashboards and performance management.
• Lead process improvement, standardization and digitalization initiatives.
• Identify business gaps and drive cross-functional improvement projects from analysis to implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and IT to enable better, faster and data-driven decisions.
