Job summary

ASMPT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager - Sales Operations Excellence to drive performance improvements across the global Sales Operations organization.

You will lead demand management, KPI development and cross-functional initiatives to translate data into actionable insights. This role requires 8–15+ years in Sales Ops or related fields, strong analytics, ERP/BI experience and a proven ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, S&OP or Process Excellence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and drive change.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP, BI / analytics and digitalization is an advantage.
• Semiconductor, electronics or B2B technology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Demand Management, including forecasting, demand sensing and demand review.
• Establish and improve Sales Operations KPIs, dashboards and performance management.
• Lead process improvement, standardization and digitalization initiatives.
• Identify business gaps and drive cross-functional improvement projects from analysis to implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and IT to enable better, faster and data-driven decisions.
