Job summary

third party consulting pte. ltd. seeks an experienced Manager, Sales Operations & Analytics to drive sales effectiveness through performance management, analytics, CRM governance, and process optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Analytics, or related disciplines.
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or Sales Enablement.
Experience supporting B2B Telecommunications, ICT, Technology, Cloud, Managed Services, or Enterprise Sales organizations.
Proven experience in sales performance reporting, forecasting, CRM administration, business analytics, and process improvement.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to support system enhancements, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
Proficient in CRM platforms, sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee sales performance tracking and reporting for revenue, pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment.
Support Sales Leadership with forecasting, target setting, pipeline reviews, and planning.
Prepare dashboards and management reports with insights and recommendations.
Analyze trends, risks, opportunities, and market performance for growth.
Improve sales processes, governance, and CRM adoption across teams.
Own CRM and related systems, ensuring data integrity and user adoption.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, sales funnel visibility, and executive scorecards.
Ensure consistency of commercial data across reporting platforms.
