Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in Sales Operations, Demand Planning or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven cross-functional influence and change leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ERP, BI analytics and digitalization is a plus.
• Industry: semiconductor, electronics or B2B technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Demand Management, including forecasting, demand sensing and demand review.
• Establish and improve Sales Operations KPIs, dashboards and performance management.
• Lead process improvement, standardization and digitalization initiatives.
• Identify business gaps and drive cross-functional improvement projects from analysis to implementation.
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations and IT to enable better, faster and data-driven decisions.
