Job summary

BWY Wilmar Pte Ltd is seeking an Office-based Sales Administration professional in Singapore to manage order processing, documentation, and customer communications. You will coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years' experience in FMCG/food service or distribution, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. Office hours are standard with on-site work at Tuas, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years in Sales Administration, Order Processing, or Customer Service.
• Experience in FMCG/food service, distribution, or trading is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Match and verify orders, pick lists, invoices and related docs for accuracy.
• Upload customer orders into internal systems per cut-off timings.
• Coordinate internal communications for order fulfilment and operations.
• Handle urgent orders, delivery escalations, and post-delivery issues on weekends/holidays.
• Assist as key coordinator for WD ordering and liaise with WDPL.
• Provide backup support for Customer Service duties during shortages or peak periods.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and other stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes.
