Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team and manage customer records.
• Coordinate sales activities across departments and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Track customer orders, shipments, forecasts and demand trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate product deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers as main sales contact.
• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies.
