Responsibilities

• Operational Coordination: Act as the main liaison between technicians and customers, coordinating scheduled pest control services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring timely execution of operational works.
• Administrative Support: Manage daily office tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing work schedules for technicians, maintaining filing systems, and handling correspondence.
• Customer Service: Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their concerns promptly and ensuring excellent service experiences.
• Clerical & Office Support: Handle general clerical duties including answering incoming calls, data entry, filing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks to support office operations.
