Job summary

TNS Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dependable, proactive, and meticulous Sales & Operations Executive to support the sales and operations team in Singapore.

You will process orders, coordinate deliveries, manage documentation, and liaise with teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key requirements include 1–2 years of sales coordination or operations support, diploma-level education in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and English/Chinese

Qualifications

• Higher Nitec or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or operations support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrate proactivity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
• English and Chinese communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders into sales orders promptly according to approved quotations.
• Generate delivery orders, sales invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents accurately.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all sales and shipping documents.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics and warehouse teams to meet deadlines.
• Communicate delivery timelines and requirements with customers clearly.
• Manage COD processes and follow up with customers as needed.
• Perform general admin tasks including updating Excel sheets and handling portals.
