Job summary

WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support daily sales operations, prepare quotations, and handle customer enquiries via phone and email.

You will liaise with the sales team, maintain strong customer relationships, and provide administrative support to the operations group. A Diploma and 1 year of relevant experience are preferred; driving licence is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Customer Service will be advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferably possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales Department to support daily sales operations.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and email correspondence.
• Submit quotations according to company procedures and documentation requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, customer feedback, and project updates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and support.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and operational matters.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
