Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and strong interest in sales operations.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales support, operations, or commercial administration.
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail in handling contracts and reports.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance and IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales operations and internal support to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
• Manage contract control, approval processes, and payout validation, ensuring GP performance.
• Support sales process and system improvement initiatives and adoption of business systems.
• Maintain accurate sales data and records for data integrity and operations.
• Provide timely sales reports, analyses and insights for management decisions.
• Act as coordination point between Sales, Finance, Operations and IT on sales matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and better sales controls.
• Provide essential operational and administrative support to the sales team.
