Job summary

SALT Talent is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Singapore for a 12-month contract with an IT services client. The role focuses on data accuracy, forecast/pipeline submissions, and region-wide stakeholder coordination.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales operations or related analytics, strong Excel skills, and experience with MS Dynamics/Salesforce and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. On-site in Singapore with regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support/administration, business or data analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong Excel skills required; familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce) and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for data entry and forecast/pipeline submissions.
• Well organized and reliable; able to manage multiple concurrent requests from different regional stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, exercise discretion with confidential sales data, and prioritize under time-sensitive deadlines (e.g., forecast cutoffs).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across the region.
• Perform data quality and hygiene checks on source CRM/pipeline data feeding into APAC dashboards; flag issues to the relevant dashboard owner.
