Qualifications

• Diploma or above is required.
• 1–2 years of working experience in a sales support role in the service industry relating to industrial products or building industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on quotation confirmations.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain proper sales documentation and records.
• Support sales administration, including customer PO follow-up, down payment collection, and vendor/customer portal setup.
