Job summary

Bencoolen Enterprises Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales & Field Operations professional to drive growth in targeted areas and meet monthly KPIs. The role involves managing day-to-day sales activities, ensuring outlet coverage, and building strong relationships with customers and store personnel.

You will identify new distribution opportunities, support channel initiatives, ensure proper merchandising, and provide timely market feedback to support planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales within the assigned areas and work towards achieving the Company's sales KPIs and targets.
• Provide day-to-day sales and operational updates to support the achievement of monthly sales targets.
• Ensure proper area and outlet coverage based on the assigned route plan.
• Provide excellent service and build strong working relationships with customers and Outlet personnel.
• Liaise and coordinate with external and internal parties on product ordering and related sales or operational matters.
• Identify potential outlets and opportunities to secure new distribution, increase market penetration, market share, and sales revenue.
• Support channel activities, including distribution audits and other sales initiatives as required.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised at assigned outlets and promptly report stock, store, display, or pricing issues.
• Provide regular feedback on product sales performance, store and display issues, and competitors' activities.
• Collect accurate and timely market information to support sales and channel planning.
• Submit required sales, outlet, and market reports accurately and on time.
• Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
• Comply with Company policies and act in the best interests of the Company at all times.

5.General Duties
