Job summary

Courts (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dynamic retail supervisor to lead daily sales, monitor KPIs, and ensure top-notch merchandising and store presentation.

You will coach floor staff, manage stock, collaborate with buyers and merchandisers, handle customer feedback, and drive promotional events while upholding company policies.

This role emphasizes training, recruitment support, and ongoing excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve departmental sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide input on sales analysis, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct daily team briefings and regular floor walks to ensure excellent merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and proper maintenance of fixtures and displays.
• Manage inventory effectively to maintain stock availability while minimizing aged, damaged, and lost stock.
• Collaborate closely with Buyers and Merchandisers to optimize product assortment, promotions, and display presentation.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, providing appropriate resolutions in accordance with company guidelines.
• Ensure team members possess strong product knowledge and sales skills by conducting on-the-job coaching and shop-floor training.
• Support recruitment activities, including interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, conducting performance appraisals, counseling staff, and managing performance improvement initiatives.
• Work with Human Resources to identify training needs and facilitate staff development programs to enhance team capabilities.
• Ensure all staff comply with company policies, security standards, and operational procedures.
• Support and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, promotional events, and sales campaigns.
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
