Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned sales leader to manage strategic global accounts in the semiconductor sector, driving revenue and account performance.

You will act as the primary commercial contact, coordinate cross-regional activities, and oversee RFQs, pricing, and negotiations while monitoring demand, forecasts, and market trends across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or account management in semiconductor/electronics.
• Experience with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of pricing, supply chain, and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and account performance for an assigned strategic global customer.
• Achieve revenue and sales targets for the assigned account and product portfolio.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for the customer and coordinate cross-regional matters.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor customer demand, forecasts, product requirements, and supply status.
• Coordinate with product, supply chain, operations, quality, and Headquarters teams to support customer requirements.
• Manage customer issues with timely communication, escalation, and resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
• Monitor industry trends, customer business developments, competitor activities, and memory market conditions relevant to the assigned account.

• Manage customer issues and ensure timely communication, escalation, and resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, account updates, and management presentations.
• Monitor industry trends, customer business developments, competitor activities, and memory market conditions relevant to the assigned account.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related commercial role within the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Experience working with global customers and cross-regional stakeholders is preferred.
• Good understanding of semiconductor products, customer demand, pricing, supply chain, and commercial processes.
