Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales function across Singapore and export markets, driving sales and profit targets while coaching a team. The role is hands-on with dealer and end-user visits, business development, solution selling, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee export sales, develop annual and monthly plans, monitor market trends, and report performance to the Managing Director. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience.
• Experience coaching a sales team of 5+ members.
• Mandarin proficiency for communications with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Experience in industrial machinery, equipment, engineering, automotive or construction-related sales.
• Track record of achieving sales and profit targets.
• Experience in dealer/distributor and end-user sales.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Strong B2B sales experience with 5+ years of sales team management experience.
• Experience managing, coaching and developing a team of 5 or more members.
• Mandarin proficiency required for business communication with mandarin speaking customers.
• Industrial machinery, equipment, engineering, automotive or construction-related sales experience preferred.
• Machinery trading/manufacturing or equipment industry experience is an advantage.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Hands-on experience indealer/distributor and end-user sales.
• Strong new customer and business development experience.
• Experience in solution-based selling.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
