Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior sales professional to craft and implement sales strategies targeting the semiconductor market. You will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and manage key accounts including major OEMs/EMS manufacturers.

Join a dynamic team to establish pricing, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer relationships. Occasional overseas travel may be required as part of strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• 5-10 years' relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong experience in sales strategy development and execution.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor products, applications, and market dynamics.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Positive work attitude; willing to put in extra effort during peak periods.
• Occasional overseas travel may be required.
• Able to lead team members toward desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Establish pricing strategies, sales policies, and contract terms to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Identify, develop, and manage key strategic accounts, especially major semiconductor manufacturers and OEM/EMS customers.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships and develop an extensive customer network.
• Drive customer engagement and promote company solutions to meet customer technical and commercial needs.
• Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis, monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and provide strategies recommendation to management based on market intelligence.
• Coordinate product launches and technical presentations, provide feedback from customers to internal teams for continue improvement.
