Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Sales Engineer to manage customers in the Oil & Gas sectors from Tai Seng, Singapore. You will develop relationships, identify opportunities, and provide engineering solutions to meet customer requirements.

You will present products, conduct demonstrations, and prepare proposals while coordinating with internal teams to ensure solutions meet needs. Travel to meet clients and achieve sales targets is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Sales experience within any engineering field is required.
• Experience in B2B technical sales or industrial products is advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey technical solutions.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to meet customers.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas industries.
• Understand customers' technical requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Prepare and deliver product and solution presentations to customers.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and other sales-related documentation.
• Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations and projects to drive sales closure.
• Work closely with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Salary: Basic salary up to $4,500 + $1,000 Transport Allowance + Quarterly Commission
