Job description
Creates a sales strategy and business plan specifically for the marine industry that guarantees the company will meet its sales targets and turn a profit.
Accountabilities and obligations (main duties and ongoing sales-related responsibilities). Creates individual and team action plans for efficiently locating sales leads and prospects.
Gives the head of sales timely performance feedback.
Maintains a maximum profit margin while providing prompt, accurate, and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval.
Mostly canvassing owners and the sales rem supervisor. Get quotes ready and follow up on other given tasks and the customer's purchase order. In order to coordinate project and service work between clients and internal engineers, communicate with service managers or coordinators.
Submit a biweekly report to the head of sales regarding sales targets and quotations, as well as technical issues and service attendance.
Follows all company guidelines, protocols, and codes of ethics in business, and makes sure the team is aware of and follows them.
Support group efforts by completing relevant tasks as assigned.
Using the ERP Navision System to generate the sales quotation and sales order confirmation.
