Job summary

TALENT TITANS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional to expand market share across ocean freight, air freight, warehousing, and transportation. You will prepare quotes, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with operations to ensure clear communication of requirements.

The role also involves building relationships with overseas partners, tracking sales forecasts, and contributing to monthly and quarterly reports. Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales activities across ocean freight, air freight, warehousing and transportation.
• Prepare quotations for all customers, including overseas clients.
• Conduct sales visits to existing and potential corporate customers.
• Develop sales plans, forecasts and budgets based on market trends and customer needs.
• Maintain client records and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with Operations to establish customer SOPs and communicate requirements clearly.
• Build and nurture relationships with customers and overseas partners to secure ongoing business.

Job description

1. Assist the company in increasing its market share across all sectors, including ocean freight, air freight, warehousing, and transportation (and any other related areas).

2. Expand and strengthen the company's brand presence in the market.

3. Explore additional business opportunities with existing corporate customers.

4. Prepare a sales visit report after every customer visit.

5. Provide a weekly sales visit schedule to the General Manager.

6. Prepare a monthly sales pipeline / sales forecast for the General Manager.

7. Prepare and issue quotations to all customers, including overseas customers.

8. Conduct sales visits to both existing corporate customers and potential customers.

9. Prepare a fortnightly gross profit report and shipment volume report.

10. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage increased business.

11. Build strong relationships with overseas agents/offices and working partners to secure their support.

12. Work closely with the Operations Department to establish customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct briefings for all relevant departments before the commencement of any shipment, ensuring that customer information and requirements are accurately communicated.

13. Share market intelligence with all other departments (as and when available).

14. Follow up on overdue customer payments.

15. Conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey (by November each year).

16. Investigate customer complaints and feedback, work closely with the relevant departments, and provide customers with possible solutions.

17. Keep the office informed of any changes in rules and regulations set by the authorities.

18. Possess a good knowledge of Singapore GST rules and regulations to assist overseas clients.

19. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue goals.

20. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities; prepare sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.

21. Prepare customer contracts when necessary.

22. Maintain all claims records and submit them to the Finance Department on time.

23. Maintain regular posting activity on LinkedIn.

24. Assist with any other matters assigned by the General Manager.

25. Submit a quarterly sales report
