Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a results‑driven Sales and Customer Service leader to drive revenue growth across Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistics and 3PL solutions in ASEAN.

You will manage regional key accounts, lead teams, optimize pricing, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with operations to meet customer requirements and ensure high satisfaction.

• Minimum 5 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Experience leading Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Strong pricing, quotation, budgeting, and P&L knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales and Customer Service teams through performance management, coaching, and workload planning.
• Drive new business acquisition while strengthening and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts to support long‑term business growth.
• Develop business opportunities across Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistics, and 3PL solutions.
• Prepare and review quotations, tenders, SOPs, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor sales pipeline, KPIs, budgets, and P&L performance, and provide management reports.
• Conduct sales reviews and follow up on business development activities and customer opportunities.
• Ensure timely customer communication, proactive shipment updates, and effective escalation management.
• Resolve service issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, and internal stakeholders to deliver customer requirements successfully.
• Coordinate regional sales initiatives and customer opportunities across ASEAN markets.
• Support marketing campaigns and other commercial initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management, covering Air Freight, Sea Freight, and logistics solutions.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, key account management, and customer service management.
• Experience leading and developing Sales and Customer Service teams.
• Strong commercial knowledge in pricing, quotations, budgeting, P&L management, and sales performance analysis.
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience handling regional or multinational customers is an added advantage.
