Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in solution sales within fire safety or related building technologies.
• Proven success in consultative sales engagements and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of integrated fire detection, fire suppression, security and building automation.
• Ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders and develop business cases.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and large-value project opportunities.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
