Job summary

Jason Energy Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager (Energy and Offshore) to grow the energy business in oil, gas and offshore markets locally and regionally. You will source prospects, forecast plans, and drive sales by coordinating with internal teams to deliver turnkey systems and services.

Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of proven sales experience in the marine energy sector, a strong network with shipyards/owners, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 4–8 years relevant working experience with good sales track record.
• Good marine industry knowledge in the Energy Sector.
• Experience as Ex-Sailors, Ex-Radio Officers, or Ex-Navy personnel is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source for new prospects and recommend marine products/integrated systems and services.
• Manage and analyse sales leads to forecast business for potential customers.
• Implement and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with proposal team to create high quality proposals.
• Liaise with technical team to ensure efficient sales and delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries and maintain relationships with existing customers.

We are looking for a Sales Manager (Energy and Offshore) to expand our Energy business in the Oil/ Gas and offshore markets in the local and regional areas. Reporting to Head of Energy, he/ she will

• Source for new prospects and recommend suitable marine products/integrated systems and services for sea worthiness.
• Manage and analyse sales leads to create and forecast the business plan for the potential customers.
• Implement and execute all business plans, while aligning to our corporate goals, to achieve sales performance target.
• Work with the internal proposal team to create high quality proposals for the customers, while aligning to customers needs.
• Liaise closely with the technical team to ensure efficiency in the sales and delivery of systems and services to the customers.
• Respond to customers enquiries and maintain the relationship with existing customers.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
