Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Lead for our showroom who will oversee daily sales activities, customer engagement and floor operations. You will drive performance, coordinate test drives, and ensure smooth service delivery while meeting monthly targets.

You will coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants, review pipeline and follow-up practices, and collaborate with the General Manager on campaigns and initiatives to boost showroom performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Strong understanding of showroom sales operations and conversion.

Job description

• Lead the daily sales activities of an assigned showroom, overseeing customer engagement, sales performance and overall floor operations.


• Guide and develop a team of Sales Consultants through coaching, performance reviews, training and on-the-job support.


• Review customer leads and sales activities to strengthen follow-up practices, improve conversion and achieve monthly sales objectives.


• Ensure consistent showroom standards across customer service, lead management, test-drive coordination, attendance and daily operations.


• Partner with the General Manager, Sales and internal teams on sales campaigns, lead generation and initiatives to improve showroom performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.


• At least 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry and prior team leadership or supervisory exposure.


• Strong understanding of showroom sales operations, customer engagement and sales conversion.


• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop a sales team while driving sales targets.
