Job summary

ALI LOGISTICS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will lead the sales team, craft strategic plans, and present forecasts to upper management to keep the company competitive and innovative. You will design and implement plans to expand the customer base, own hiring and coaching of sales staff, and build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and Market dynamics.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills; knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
