CONCEPT HAIR STUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking a Salon Manager to drive sales, lead a team of stylists and front-desk staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences. The role involves managing loyalty programs, handling inquiries, and maintaining inventory and POS operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily salon operations, coordinate schedules, and uphold health and safety standards while achieving revenue targets in a dynamic Singapore market.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive retail product sales, promote high-value salon services, and set team sales targets.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule stylists and front-desk personnel.
• Customer Service: Handle client inquiries, build loyalty programs, and resolve customer complaints.
• Inventory Control: Monitor retail and back-bar stock levels, place vendor orders, and audit supplies.
• Administrative Operations: Oversee POS (Point of Sale) transactions, daily cash flow, and health/safety compliance
