You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, organize medical talks and product exhibitions, execute promotional campaigns, and consistently report activity to the Manager, with a goal to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Sales

• Grow and develop the market for assigned portfolio within assigned territories.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent growth.
• Manage and expand relationships with hospitals and clinics.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and market activities.
• Communicate business trends and insights internally to the team and Manager.
• Conduct daily pre-call planning and post-call reviews.
• Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities and call planning.

Product/Marketing

• Organize and participate in medical talks, events, and product exhibitions.
• Ensure smooth execution of promotional activities in assigned hospitals and clinics.
• Plan and execute regular blitz campaigns in hospitals and clinics.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
