We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our team in a premium pre and postnatal wellness and healthcare environment. You will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team, and drive revenue growth through exceptional client engagement.

Job Description:

• 1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across all service offerings. Set and monitor KPIs to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify and explore new business opportunities and customer segments.
• 2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Provide tailored consultations and build trusted relationships with expecting and new mothers. Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer service aligned with the wellness journey of clients. Maintain strong client retention through personalized follow-up and care.
• 3. Team Management Lead, mentor, and train the sales and front-desk team to achieve performance standards. Conduct regular coaching sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service etiquette. Foster a positive and professional work culture focused on collaboration and results.
• 4. Outlet Operations & Reporting Oversee daily sales operations and ensure seamless appointment flow and client experience. Ensure accurate documentation of sales records, package usage, and client information in CRM systems. Prepare performance reports and provide strategic insights to management.
• 5. Brand Alignment & Marketing Collaboration Work with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, wellness campaigns, and referral initiatives. Represent the brand in workshops, events, and wellness collaborations. Stay updated on industry trends and customer feedback to help refine offerings.
