Job summary

AVENBRIDGE GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the showroom sales team, drive sales performance and deliver excellent customer service. You will manage, motivate and guide staff to meet monthly targets and maintain strong relationships with customers, designers and suppliers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication and a focus on presenting products attractively in the showroom, while coordinating with operations to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales or sales management.
• Experience in bathroom, sanitary ware, kitchen, lighting, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead, motivate and manage a sales team.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as per showroom schedule.
