MAZU RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Manager - Maritime Solutions in Singapore to lead the commercial strategy and drive market growth.

The role requires building relationships with major industrial clients, managing proposals, and guiding the sales team through end-to-end tendering. Ideal candidates have a background in engineering or technical/business fields with 3+ years in B2B engineering or technical sales, including 2+ years in a sales management role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 3+ years in B2B engineering or technical sales, including 2+ years in a sales management role.
• Strong commercial negotiation, pipeline management, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue and market-share targets.
• Account Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key industrial clients, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Technical Selling: Present customized engineering solutions and oversee end-to-end proposal and tendering processes.
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and align the sales team with project and engineering operations.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead complex commercial negotiations through to deal closure.
