Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited in Singapore seeks a results-driven leader to head a team of Financial Consultants, drive sales growth, and ensure compliance with regulations.

You will coach, execute sales strategy, and achieve targets, while building a high-performing team in a dynamic market. A degree and 3+ years in insurance/financial services, plus CMFAS and related certifications, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Superior performance record and strong leadership skills are essential.
• Self-driven with proven ability to exceed goals in a dynamic sales environment.
• Proactive, independent, result-oriented, energetic with good people skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.
• CMFAS (Module 5, 9, 9A), CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI and its equivalent.

• Effectively hire and attract new Financial Consultants to expand your team and Agency salesforce

Job description

He/She will also be the first point of contact for our Financial Consultants to support the achievement of sales target.
