Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited in Singapore is seeking a proactive sales professional to support our Partnership Distribution Department, ensuring our Firms/Partners receive excellent service and contribute to sustainable growth.

You will engage FA Partners, FA Advisers, and Sales Managers, plan campaigns, build trust, meet partner needs, and help drive revenue while maintaining strong relationships and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience or customer service experience.
• Good knowledge of financial industry and products preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, train and coach FA advisers to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Work with FA Partners, FA Advisers, Sales Managers and product teams to drive sales.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns and activities to achieve business goals.
• Develop and establish trust with partners through prompt, effective support.
• Coordinate with FA Advisers to handle application queries and documentation.

You will be part of a dynamic and highly motivated team within our Partnership Distribution Department. Your key deliverables will be to ensure the allocated Firms/Partners are well-served and achieve sustainable business growth. You are required to deliver quality customer service to our clients by responding to all internal and external inquiries quickly, efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with assigned FA Partners, FA Advisers, Sales Managers and their product team to drive sales
• Plan and execute sales campaigns and activities to achieve business goals
• Develop and establish trust and confidence of partners by providing prompt and effective support
• Identifies, meets and exceed the needs to partners to obtain competitive advantage
• Develop and maintain good business relationships with strategic partners to create business efficiency
• Participate in developing and implementing marketing and sales events
• Focus on team goals and outputs and support team relationships
• Ensure smooth and efficient business operations for designated FA partners
• Co-ordinate with FA Advisers to attend to application queries, rectify documentation error and follow-up on additional requirements for new business application
• Contribute to the overall growth of PD through Strategic Proposition and effective Channel Management

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience / customer service experience
• Sales management experience in the life insurance and financial services industry will be advantageous
• Good knowledge of financial industry and products is preferred
• Ability to lead, motivate, train and coach FA advisers to achieve business targets
