Job summary

Tan Chong Industrial Machinery Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales & Leasing Executive to drive leasing and rental contracts for forklifts across Singapore. The role emphasizes on-site client visits, live demonstrations, and end-to-end deal closure, with training provided from day one.

You will build relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with aftersales to ensure customer satisfaction. A company vehicle or transport allowance supports your travel needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'O' Level.
• Valid Class 3 Driving License is required.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong desire to learn and earn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for New Business: visit industrial estates to secure leasing and rental contracts for forklifts.
• Build Relationships: engage with customers, conduct live demos and tests drives.
• Be a Deal-Closer: negotiate and finalize deals, including trade-ins and hire-purchase.
• Manage the Full Cycle: follow up on leads, schedule appointments, handle sale to delivery and paperwork.
• Solve Problems: coordinate with aftersales and support teams for customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will:

• Hunt for New Business: Be on the ground, visiting industrial estates, and connecting with potential clients to secure leasing and rental contracts for our range of forklifts.
• Build Relationships: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and conduct live demonstrations and test drives.
• Be a Deal-Closer: Use your persuasive skills to negotiate and finalize deals, including trade-in and hire-purchase agreements.
• Manage the Full Cycle: Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and handle the entire process from sale to delivery, including pre-delivery inspections and paperwork.
• Solve Problems: Work with our aftersales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Drive Your Success: You will have a company vehicle or transport allowance to cover your travels across Singapore.

We're Looking For Someone With:

• Minimum Qualification: NITEC / Higher NITEC / GCE 'O' Level Certificate.
• A Valid Class 3 Driving License. (You will be driving as part of your job).
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and earn.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you can talk to anyone!
• The ability to work independently and be disciplined in managing your own schedule.
• No prior sales experience is required, but any experience in retail, customer service, or other hands-on roles is a plus.
