Job summary

DC9 GIFTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a proactive Sales Support professional who can handle customer enquiries from enquiry to order confirmation, including artwork coordination.

You will draft quotations, assist with mock-ups, and perform basic image edits, with opportunities to learn Xero and contribute to website updates.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle customer enquiries from enquiry to order confirmation.
• Proficiency in understanding product specs, printing, quantities and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn Xero or experience with quotations.
• Strong follow-up to ensure orders are confirmed.

Main objective:

Core Responsibilities:

• Reply to WhatsApp, email and website enquiries
• Understand product, quantity, printing and deadline
• Recommend suitable products
• Prepare quotations in Xero (we will teach you if you do not have experience)
• Follow up until order is confirmed

Artwork & Mock-ups

• Prepare simple product mock-ups for customers
• Resize/reposition customer logos
• Prepare print-ready artwork
• Obtain artwork approval before production

Website / Marketing — Secondary

• Basic product image editing
• Upload new products when sales workload permits
• Simple social/content work only when required
