Job summary

Career Connex Private Limited is seeking a proactive Sales Professional to develop new accounts and generate business opportunities in IT outsourcing, manpower outsourcing, and EUC support services with enterprise customers, System Integrators, and IT service providers.

You will prospect and engage potential clients, tailor IT service solutions, prepare quotations, and drive revenue targets while collaborating with the delivery team to ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in IT services, IT hardware, manpower outsourcing, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct engagement to expand business reach.
• Identify and evaluate business opportunities in IT outsourcing, manpower outsourcing, and EUC support services to align solutions with client needs.
• Arrange and conduct customer meetings to understand requirements and propose tailored IT service solutions.
• Prepare accurate quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and drive closure to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers and business partners to foster long‑term collaboration.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure customer requirements are met and service quality is maintained.
